Please note the new office address above. I have moved to a larger office that offers more play space. This is a fee-for-service practice. What this means is that I provide a monthly statement (and a treatment plan if required) for you to submit to your own insurance, and I would be an out-of-network provider. Most insurance companies are required to pay 80% of their allowed fee for out-of-network, however you should contact your insurance company to determine your mental health benefits. Some people require preauthorization or a referral from their primary care physician. Some sliding scale appointments are available from time to time for those without insurance benefits. Overall, I can provide any help you would need to collect your benefits. I do not accept Medicare or Medical Assistance. I accept checks, and all credit cards or medical spending cards.
